Sygnatura pod tym rysunkiem mówi: "Jak gdyby nigdy nic," a w piosence grupy Voo Voo Wojciech Waglewski śpiewa: "Jeszcze wszystko będzie możliwe..." Mogłaby to być opowieść o Madame de Pompadour, która umęczona samą sobą na wystawnym obrazie François Bouchera, zapragnęła odrobiny wolności i ruszyła w przyszłość...

W rzeczywistości miałam trudny tydzień i zapragnęłam narysować coś, w czym będzie odrobina nadziei i radości i nie wszystko będzie tak śmiertelnie poważne. Chyba mi się udało. Będzie jeszcze jeden rysunek z serii "Madam de Pompadoure," szkic już jest gotowy. Tym razem dziewczyna z obrazu będzie zmagać się z rowing boat!

The signature under this drawing says: "As if nothing ever happened," and in his song with the band Voo Voo, Wojciech Waglewski sings: "...Everything will still be possible." This could be a tale of Madame de Pompadour, who, weary of herself in her lavish portrait by François Boucher, longed for a bit of freedom and ventured into the future...

In reality, I had a tough week and felt the need to draw something with a touch of hope and joy, where not everything would be so deadly serious. I think I succeeded. There will be one more drawing in the "Madam de Pompadoure" series—the sketch is already done. This time, the girl from the painting will be struggling with a rowing boat!
